Have you postponed your entry into the most recent Ars Technica Charity Drive Sweepstakes? If so, let this serve as your last reminder to do so. You have until the end of today, Monday (EST), to cash in and make your donation count (no purchase required to participate).
So far, nearly 500 readers over $29,000 donated to the latest incarnation of our charity drive. That’s well above the roughly $20,000 we raised last year, but we still have a long way to go to maximize the nearly $39,000 we raised in 2015. If we make one last donation, I know we can hit a new high, so let’s dig deep and give, give, give!
If you haven’t had a chance to donate yet, follow the instructions below to make your donation count and register your entry into the raffle. If you’ve already given, our sincere thanks from everyone at Ars.
How it works
Donating is easy. Simply donate to Child’s Play with PayPal, or donate to the EFF with PayPal, credit card or bitcoin. You can also support Child’s Play directly by choosing an item from a specific hospital’s Amazon wish list on the donation page. Donate as much or as little as you’re comfortable with – every little bit helps.
We will then contact the winners and have them choose their prize by January 31st (chosen in the order in which the winners will be drawn).
Don’t forget to check out the sweepstakes launch post for a list of all the possible prizes, and thanks in advance for your donation!
